Dentaria diphylla, also known as Cardamine dyphylla, commonly known as broadleaf toothroot, crinkle root, among others, is a flowering spring plant in the Brassicaceae family. Both the root and the leaves are eaten, raw or cooked. Being in the mustard family, they can be a bit strong tasting.
